My longtime writing/producing partner J Donte and I created and performed at a Fundrasier for Last Stop Horse Rescue September 16, 2023 at JumpinGoat Coffee Roasters in Helen, Georgia. It was a huge success and exceeded my expectations by double and a half! Much needed funds for food, Vet bills, medications and Ferrier services for the many rescued horses. The next day Joyce Pomeroy, the owner and Queen B of LSHR was able to come to the rescue of a 33 year old horse who was abandoned and didn’t even have teeth to chew his food. She rescued and named him “Donte” and, as of this writing; Donte has already put on weight and is regaining his health! All of the funds go to the horses!
